I love the idea and I do love the product. The functionality of the base would greatly improve if all the parts had a similar fit at the lid does. This would add a huge amount of security when handling it. Also, the lid is a bit of a pain to get off without a finger notch or something. The base that holds the screens is also not the most user friendly. It is hard to get the screens to naturally sit evenly and it slowly kills my OCD. Just for giggles feet would be stellar. Great cups, and great customer service experience. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that the first pair I bought randomly both got water inside the double wall in my dishwasher, so now I'm always washing them by hand just in case. Which is too bad, since then being dishwasher safe was a part of the draw for me. That said, customer service for the replacement was great, so I would still definitely recommend this company.

I like the feel and look of the cups in the hand. Having used the glass ones before, these took a bit of getting used to since it feels more natural to hold the top part than the bottom, and the top is the hot part. That’s the main reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. The person I gofted the cups to said tbe same thing.

This carafe is lovely - just the right size and keeps pourover at a good temperature if someone in our family is busy and can't grab a cup right away. The only improvement would be if the upper rim/lip was even enough to accommodate a Hario V60 or other pourover directly into the carafe. Ours is a little too wobbly when sat on top to be safe. Maybe Kruve can include or make an adapter in future.

Overall I am happy with the Kruve coffee sifter. I like the precisión of the screens. The metal grind guide ruler is handy. The sifter looks and feels very well crafted. My only complaints are that the screens are hard to place in the holder, but I understand the need for a tight fit.
