We had a wonderful experience with giraffe. DHL lost our parcel and within an hour of contacting the seller they had raised an investigation and sent us a replacement product through the Royal Mail which was delivered the following morning. This meant it arrived on Christmas Eve so could be gifted as intended. We cannot fault the service we have received and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again!
