This was my second time ordering from Pet Creations. Sophia and Sallie are always so helpful, and will adjust the art to the buyer's request. For example, I asked for the puppy version of my German Shepherd, Zeus, next to the adult version. I even asked for specific poses for each, and they were able to capture each of my requests. Love the picture but your customer service and Christmas Guarantee stinks. I ordered it for Christmas and partly because you guaranteed it to deliver by Christmas. It showed up on December 27th. No sorry, no discount just canned emails telling me it will deliver soon and asking how much I like it. I don't really know what your guarantee really is if you don't have any consequences if you don't follow through on the Guarantee.
