The process went quickly and after the first proof was made, it needed a few minor adjustments. That was done in a couple of days and I was sent the new proof for approval. After approval it was sent in a few days. I would say it took 2 1/2 weeks from the time I placed the order until I received the final product. we love it and so will my niece who the gift is intended for.
