It was a simple, yet great experience! I sent in the pictures I wanted to reference and gave some descriptions of my dog and they took everything I said and nailed it in the first go! We had just lost our dog and my mother was really upset, so this was the perfect present as she is a big Disney fan and now we can remember that our dog is in a happier, pain-free place, jumping and running all around! Everyone I’ve shown this to loves it! My husband, too! I would like to see it better packaged. But, it did arrive safely and in perfect shape. The picture on the right is the first one I ordered 2 years ago for my daughter & her husband and the one on the left is the most recent one. We needed to add their 2 new fur/scale babies. They love them and so do I. Working with the team at Pet Creations was great even when there was a glitch with the approval process. They were great.

I was happy and amazed on how this turned out. With the pictures I submitted and what the artist did wad so cool. Right when I got my first preview I only had them do 1 edit and the edit wasn't with the creation of my dogs, it was moving the order. In 2 days I got my next preview and instantly approved. Was even more happy with the results I received in the mail. I have already sent to multiple friends who have wanted the website and were actively getting some done of their animals!!!
