It was my first time having an item signed. Matt was really helpful through the process. Date of signing changed after my order, but I understand how they're at the mercy of the athlete. I would take this into account if I choose to order again. I think maybe my expectations for the signature were more than what I received but, again, newbie here. I used a dime to provide scale to the signature on the inside cover of a book.
