Pretty easy once you figure it out. The guy is helpful but seems annoyed as it is all written down but last use their phones and it’s a lot of information to digest when your sending in a game used item. Maybe a video would be easier to show where post it notes and tape go. I am sure it’s been working for years but it may limit some folks as if you do it wrong then it gets rejected. Over all good experience.
