This was a birthday gift for my son-in-law and it was a perfect fit. The fabric appeared to be a decent quality. A large would have allowed for slight shrinkage after washing, but I hope that won't be significant or any at all. Purchased a medium. He wears about 15 ”neck size in a dress shirt.

At first I ordered a Large and it was way too big and considering its 50% polyester it wouldn't have shrunk significantly even in a hot water wash.
