One of the side bars was bent obviously in shipping. It just took a little muscle to straighten it out. It all attached to the bike very well after that.

I know bike snobs tend to sneer at derailleur guards, but I think it really makes sense on my Liberté because, when the bike is folded, the derailleur is facing out and likely to get banged around in packing. It would have been helpful to have some instructions, even though it's a simple installation. I eventually figured it out, so it's not a big deal.

Just received this bike and was impressed with the quality. Had to reach out to support to make a hinge latch adjustment. Support very helpful and even offered follow up in case I had any issues. Got this bike to pack in my general aviation plane to use as transportation to make short trips from airports that don’t have any transportation readily available. This is my second Zizzo Forte. My son and I just completed a 200 mile on the two Zizzos over the Allegheny pass from Pittsburgh to Washington, loaded with forty+ pounds of gear. The bikes worked beautifully, even in far than less ideal conditions. Now my son is going back to New York with one of the Zizzos, which he'll use for commuting on a daily basis. A win-win all around.

I shipped my Zizzo by air as baggage in a heavy canvas bag specially fabricated to carry bikes. Because it is relatively soft, and baggage can be tossed around recklessly by Aairport handlers, I purchased the derailleur protector. When the I opened the bag, the protector, which is made of strong steel, was bent, clearly indicating that the bike had been stepped on or dropped. But no damage was done to the derailleur itself, so clearly the protector served its purpose.

Zizzo made it easy for me to learn from instructional information how to unfold my Urbano out of the box, do safety checks and adjust the seat with tools so it fits me well and then fold it back up for transport or storage. ....I love that! My Urbano came in good shape and a Zizzo Representative was available for any questions all throughout the time it took to go through getting used to everything. And I really like the bike! With 8 speeds I was able to bike up the hills in my neighborhood.

Ordered new crank arms for my wife's Zizzo Liberte bike. The right hand pedal had worked loose during a long trip and we did not have tools on hand to tighten it during the ride. As a result, the threads in the crank arm got stripped. Zizzo mailed new crank arms to me, and I was able to easily install them. We are back on the road with our bikes! Thanks for the speedy response.

The bike is s awesome. Did some stuff to make it mine. I own 5 bikes and ride this all the time. My only negative remark is that nasty coated chain it sucks. I replaced it with an sram chain. Feel bad for someone who gets a flat and never realized what was on the chain. Need to give options on the chain. I tossed that piece of nasty crap.

I purchased this bike in August but I have Multiple Sclerosis (55 Female/5'2" 125pds) and it was too hot give it a test ride. . After riding it this morning,this bike will take on any terrain. It tackled these New York (The Bronx) sidewalks like a champ. The ride is between a Mountain Bike and BMX bike with it's beefy tires,you might want to change the seat(I changed mine to a sport seat) depending on if you rode bikes as a kid back in the 1970s-1980s,you might more comfortable with those types ...

This is light weight and says it can hold 50 lbs, which is a TON of weight. I was impressed by the paint job, the light weight and the overall look. It adds some function to this bike which I'm really excited about. The only thing I didn't like was that the screws were difficult to turn into place. Perhaps I was cross threading them, but I don't think so. Maybe it was the black finish that was making them tight. The bonus is these suckers aren't coming out on their own.

Bought this as a test. Was very skeptical on the performance on the road and going uphills. After a few weeks of breaking the bike in, I am more than impressed. My only regret is not putting in a bit more money to get a better bike for the folding pedals and more. Other than that, for the price and what I got, this bike is amazing!!!!!!

Ist ride today. Weather has not cooperated. Have to say 4th gear is my favorite. Need to get accustomed to gears on uphill climb. Definately help in getting in shape. The headlight mount seems to slide alot. Will probably change out seat to a gel larger seat for comfort. Overall very nice bike!

Bike feels very sturdy. Very little adjustment is needed when setting up the bike. Nothing feels cheap on the bike and it works perfectly almost the very first time you try it.

Omg! All I can say is you must get this bike! It’s very fast sleek and compact. It performs GREAT! I road the bike uphill, downhill, in the sand mud etc this bike is a TANK! I’m very impressed with Zizzo.

Nice bike, only small issue is that the alignment between the bar handle and the front wheel needs to be slightly adjusted. Should be easy to adjust but will need to contact service support for validation.

Put simply, I have no ass! So the stock saddle was a literal pain in the butt. This thing was a great upgrade for boney ol' me, and honestly even cushier than I had even expected.

This the perfect bike to ride 3 miles (on a bike path) to my part time job at the YMCA. I can bring my ride in and park out of the way in a back room. A regular bike would stay outside and be exposed to the elements and potential theft. If the weather goes south while I’m working, I can call for a ride or catch a lift and throw it in the trunk. I’ve done it a few times already. It’s a great way to get a little extra exercise.

We purchased it from Amazon for my wife and she loves it. The fenders and accessory we purchased from you and it makes it a complete bike now . Only thing i was not sure of the front wheel nuts when i put the fender on the axel threads are not flush or outside the nut, because of the spacing. The axel nuts only go on half way.

We heard of the company from my sister in Wisconsin. They love the bikes. We had such speedy service after we ordered them online and such good service when we had questions. The design is very snappy and the ride served the purpose for me.......a safer bike than regular size and easier to get my feet to the ground. As a 71 year old, I did not have to give up biking.

Gotta say that I love my new quick release pedals! A smooth and well-built metal construction, and the under-seat mount is an awesome bonus! I thinking I should have swapped the stock plastic ones when I purchased the bike (they're collapsible and fold down easily, once you get used the hand maneuvering...) but the quick release set much better -- Highly recommended!

After storing my Zizzo bike trainer for a year, when I went to use it again, I found that one of the cups on the trainer that supports the rear axle in place got lost. After emailing Zizzo I received a reply the next day from Deborah assuring me that Zizzo would send me the part for a nominal $5.00 shipping charge. I received the part within the week and the trainer is up and running. Thanks, Deborah, for the excellent customer service.

Once it was installed, it is GREAT! It is the installation that was a hassle. With only 4 bolts, it should have taken <5 minutes to install, but, the holes don’t align with the holes on the bike. It took >45 minutes of fighting and cussing to get the thing attached.
