I am really happy with my purchase. I decided to get a refurbished Forté to fit my needs and it has not disappoint. The bike has a really good build quality, I have not had any issues and getting a refurbished one was the perfect choice. It was in mint condition. I did my normal add-ons with some lights, a horn and an air tag holder for safety. I also added to leather strap-handles to help with carrying. Use it everyday to go to work.

I love my bike. It’s great. I bet I still find it a little bit heavy for me. I’m a woman with 70 years on top and I do 7 miles a day. It would’ve been lovely if I had a little bit more of a lightweight bike.

It’s been a little more than a week but I have to say the ease of opening and folding the bike along with its very light body is something that has been well thought of here. The seat and handle bars can be raised and lowered so easily. Gear change is smooth. Brakes are strong and tires give a good grip and feel. The order fulfillment was quick and easy with fast delivery. It was essentially a brand new bike(refurbished).

Customer service is top notch! One of my zizzo bikes is at least 10 years old, and needed a new pice of hardware to keep the seat from tipping. Not only did they quickly identify the parts needed, they were inexpensive, and shipped quickly. Also, when I mistakenly opened a different package wondering why it didn't match the photos, the response in troubleshooting the package was quick, professional and didn't make me feel like the idiot I was for opening my son 's package of Honda valve parts ...

The grips arrived promptly. They were just what I needed. I replaced the original grips that where beginnning to hurt my wrists because of my increasing arthritis. I did have an issue installing them and called for support. I spoke with Tony who, as always, provided me with excellent instructions. I am quite happy with them.

Love the conversion kit! It was pretty easy to install, watching Tony's video was a lot better than instruction manual, but referenced between both. If you run into a problem, they might even send you a personal video explaining the installation step that you are having problems with.

Bought the refurbished Campo, was like new in great condition. Setting it up, unfolding and folding were easy to do with the help of the video instruction. Fits perfectly in the back of my car (small SUV) and can leave it in there, or if not, it takes up very little space, which was my main reason for purchase. Is a comfortable ride, even over bumps and gravel. Seems very durable and for the price is a great bike!

Purchased the Liberte and first off amazed at how fast shipped and well packaged it was. We had a Giant folding and this was MUCH lighter! Takes a bit more work folding and unfolding, but we’ll get used to it. Plan to purchase another soon.

I needed a flat rack that would fit a basket I already had. This rack is just wide enough and plenty long to accommodate my basket. The rollers are just an extra bonus. Love that I can stand it up on the end and check the deraileur and gearing or just stand it on the rollers while getting ready to put it in my van. Great product!

Great bike rack! It was out of stock when my Zizzo Urbano folding bike arrived last year, and the universal Schwinn model I installed at the time has since broke at a weld spot. Can’t go wrong with Zizzo products….now I’m contemplating the e-bike kit for my Urbano model!

I got this seat post to use with a different saddle I use during long rides. This fit perfectly and now I don't have to worry about swapping out saddles during my commute to work or during long rides. I can just easily swap out the seat post and ride on.

But…. along with the comfort saddle, the bracket that holds the pedals under the seat barely fits… had to monkey around with ,and add two small pieces of spacer foam to get it to mount correctly and still have room for the pedals.. maybe this isn't necessarily made to fit under the comfort saddle???

I am not handy and cannot rely on anyone else so this was a great add-on service that allowed me to enjoy the bike right out of the box--I purchased fenders and rack for my Liberte, and the single cost covered the installation of both items. This was even when I purchased the fenders and the installation service one day after I bought the bike and rack, so I had to involve their Customer Service. So shoutout to them too. They were accessible by phone and email, clearly communicated to each other...

I test rode Brompton (most uncomfortable bike ever), Dahon, and Tern. My riding partner bought a Tern which is a very nice folding bike. But my new Forte rides equally as nice, is built much stronger, is the same weight, and costs less! What’s not to love about that! And the best part- you can easily fit 2 into a 172 Cessna for getting around airstrips and town with no taxi services.

We've had our Zizzo Urbano bikes for a year, and I thought it'd be good to buy some inner tubes just in case we had a flat. The very next week after I ordered them, I had a flat tire because we ran over a piece of wire. I was really impressed with how easy it was to remove the tire and to replace the inner tube. It's good to have these spares on hand!

We haven't used this bag yet, but assume it's just like the one we purchased previously. We've given our first bag plenty of use and find that that it really helps baggage management in our SUV. We believe we can now safely stack our two Zizzos without damaging the bicycles or the SUV's interior. Just one thing...a video on how to properly refold the bag would be very helpful.

For what it is, it works well. I think it should come with a Velcro strap to secure it. I used one I already had. Maybe some of the other Zizzo bikes have slightly different frames, but the pump is too long to fit flush against the frame. It sits a little bit on top of where the frame bulges out for the hinge, no matter how you try to position the pump. This is also because of the (in my opinion) subpar location of the bottle holder mount. That’s not the pumps fault so I’ll still give it 5 sta...

I love the look of the fenders however there were no directions with made installing a little confusing and while I figured it out it would have been nice to come with some kind of directions. The only issue I see with the fenders is the rear brake cable dust cover rubs on the rear fender, eventually this is going to cause an issue with ether the fender or thee dust cover itself, For the average person this will never be a problem but for somone like me who rides thousands of miles per year this...

The locking clamps on the handlebar grips are a good improvement over the stock grips. The rubber is also firmer, which I personally like, too soft and the grips feel mushy/unstable. The right side/shorter grip did have one issue which was the medial locking clamp. Its screw protrudes out far enough that it digs into the skin and makes it uncomfortable to grip. My solution was to remove the medial clamp on the right-side grip and saw off the plastic end. This made it fit flush with the gripshift...
