I bought the breast insert / enhancers for a very different reason than most customers. I have had a double mastectomy and live mostly flat. I cannot recommend bzez enough. In the past I would usually wear Tape or nipple covers for sheer tops dresses etc and you would always be able to see them come through in photos or in bright light.
