I bought this lifting band based on a friend's recommendation and it's been a delightful surprise! It's softer and more comfortable than I anticipated. When I wake up feeling puffy from a late-night salty or spicy snack, I wear the band for about 30 minutes. It really helps reduce the swelling and I visibly look slimmer. I think a great advantage is that it tightens not just the double chin but also the cheeks and jawline all at once.
