I never took a Supplement in powder form to stir in to water to take and, this is my first time taking this powder supplement to dissolve in water for taking. The taste is good. This is my first time taking this product. Therefore, it usually takes a month or two to see the results of any supplements-I will purchase this product again to fully seek results. This certainly gets me to sleep. I'm not 100pc next day but I believe if you have it a few days in a row this is not the case. One becomes somewhat acclimatised to the effect. I do recommend it. The groggyness is not too much of a drama

All our family suffer with sinus problems and we use these rinses once or twice a day depending on how severe the symptoms are. They are a bit hard to get used to but once you do, they are life savers. I, personally, find these better than nasal sprays which give me nose bleeds.
