This self care planner is small but it packs a punch! First of all, it’s GORGEOUS. I like how the first thing you do is build an inventory of ideas for self care including time it takes. There’s also a pre listed set of ideas you can pull from which is nice! There’s also a daily template of recording self care. Not sure how im going to use it yet as having a page a day is BULKY. Maybe I’ll jot the answers in my journal each day

I have had a difficult time, at 64, saying it is okay to love and take care of me. The 'Practicing Self-Care Journal' has been a wonderful aid in my first step. It is not overwhelming; instead, it is a gentle way to say YES to me and mean it. Thank you MomBeach

I love everything about this seller. I have taken a number of courses and purchased a number of both commercial and personal use products. They always overdeliver! I have never had any issues, so I am not sure how they might handle any problems, but I would have to assume they would be as gracious as they are in their newsletters a well as in their courses.

I buy these items because they are a great way to stay in touch with my customers without it looking directly with advertising. I always get compliments on the items. And the pricing is so reasonable.

This resolutions planner has the potential for use as other products. Resolutions are not just for the beginning of a New Year! I have had a lot of changes in my life lately. Some good, some not so good. This journal/planner helped me to list everything out, come up with daily and monthly plans to navigate the changes, and set goals to embrace the changes. I made daily and weekly schedules that included my goals and plans. Dealing with everything was easier seeing it written out.

I a I absolutely love all of my printables that I get from this site. They really do help me to stay organized. I have got them from other sites but I love the ones from this site the best. I always look forward to seeing what she has next.

This journal is perfect for busy moms to plan their self care. Even short breaks have to be schedules when you are trying to run your family and your business. I love the way this reminds me to take some time to be kind myself.

I know a mom of four kids and they are going to help me with the Mother's Day Planner. Then we are going to save the Recipe Planner for her birthday. The colors are beautiful and there is lots of room in both planners for the kids to include some of their own ideas.

This was an awesome file! I actually got it for myself, since I'm a mom. I am able to fill out the journal and recipe cards and hopefully, one day, pass them both along to my daughter with a blank copy for her to continue her own journal and recipes.

Colorful! In such a way that it makes it super easy/simple to quickly glance at it and get the info i need as opposed to wasting time searching. It’s clean cut. Organized. Has everything I need to be on top of my game!

This is a well-constructed and laid-out planner that provides for monthly, weekly, and daily entries. Included are pages that are typically not found in most planners of this type: obstacles being faced and your ways of overcoming them, both daily and one-minute reflections, and a self-care calendar, as well as a habit tracker. Having colors and designs that are soothing and appealing makes the planner inviting to use, and creating entries can be done quickly and easily. Very nicely done.

I love the blogging spreadsheet from MomBeach. It's cleverly laid out with different tabs for finance categories, income, expenses, traffic, affiliates etc. Each page and categories differentiated with colors and beautifully designed. The spreadsheet automatically calculates everything so the only thing to do is to insert the amounts. Just need to set up and earn that income!

My grandson loves dinosaurs. This packet was so adorable and cute. When he saw it, he said "yay gramma! I love it." and we had fun with it. Those are memories in the making. Thanks Becky

This will greatly help me with all the information that I need to have as a disabled person. Keeping all the paperwork in one place and keep helping me to make sure I have all the information I need and sometimes forget to writ down!!!

The colors used in the journal are my favorite but what really appealed to me is the way the journal has been set out. It's a motivator to come back and fill up every day!

have yet to use it. I cant wait to start using though. I am getting excited about it and know that seeing where my money goes and how to start saving and planning will help me to start saving.
