Love these leggings!! They are high waisted and hug my body, so no adjusting during workout! Love the color and the stripes on the side enable them to match a lot of different tanks I have!! I were a small in Nike leggings and bought xs.

Everything is super comfortable. I didn't see any new items so I hope the Royal Change store is here to stay.

The pants aren’t as compressed as I was hoping for and are a little loose thus resulting in a slight gap below my crotch so I took off one star. I actually had this same issue with the prior RC leggings I purchased but that’s ok—still wanted to support Sydney l! I do like the feel of the fabric and the design with the stripes just wish the fit was more snug. The matching bra however is way more fitted in comparison to the leggings.

I bought one of these bands back around 2 years ago or so when they first launched & have been using it constantly ever since. I decided to order another one to have and when I compared it to my old one, the old one had not stretched it the slightest! Best quality band I’ve ever hand!!

End of the day fit check! Love how they lasted and didn't stretch out much. When I tried them on the first time I immediately went on the website and bought another pair. I'm 5'10 and mostly legs so I'm used to things being a little short. I wish there was a tall size or they had another inch or two on them. 143 lbs and bought a medium set. Please make them in different colors every year!

I have all the zip up sweatshirts so thought it was time to grab the joggers and I’m so glad I did! I love the high waist and the soft fabric. I’m 5’4” and the length is perfect. I sized up to medium for more relaxed fit as I’m normally a small. Ooh and they wash up well. I air dried them and they are perfect.

Super fast shipping, true to size, good compression, lovely blue color! Hoping the bra comes back in stock so I can have the matching set! I like how Sydney shared her stats and size, I have major body dysmorphia after losing over 40 pounds and would have ordered an XL, but comparing my height and weight to hers I went on a limb and ordered a medium and they fit!

It's super fun to have a Royal Change special edition mat. It makes me feel inspired, and it also really works well to keep me stable during certain stretches and exercises. It was definitely a splurge and something I will enjoy using quite a lot.

My new favorite shorts! And I’m hard to please in the shorts department. I literally wore them for two days straight. They’re extremely high quality and wash/dry very nicely. I am 135lbs and 5’3” (with a booty) and the mediums were a little too big. I exchanged for the small and they fit perfectly. The RC team was so helpful and got the exchange to me quickly. So happy with this purchase! A must buy!

I have tried different resistance bands before and they have all been SO uncomfortable. I have larger legs and typically they slide down, squeeze my legs so tight it cuts off the circulation, and are just downright impossible for me to use. This band is AMAZING! Fits well, super comfortable, doesn’t slide down, and improves my workout. Will buy the other resistance levels when they are back in stock!

This is a super cute and comfortable piece. After reading other reviews saying the small fit quite snugly, I ordered a medium...and it is too big. It hits in an awkward spot on my hips and the bottom flares out a bit too much. I should have ordered the small. Hoping I can find a RC fan and pass it along.
