The sports bra is extremely comfortable and I do not feel like it would hurt my shoulders after wearing it for a while like most sports bras do. Honestly I’d wear this everywhere! I wore this on a long hike and the lightweightness of it seriously made all the difference! I didn’t have to take it off once! It kept me warm enough at the start of the hike, and cool enough at the end when I was a sweaty mess! The mesh side panels made it super breathable. I love the Essential Legging! I ordered it in a small and it fits perfectly. For reference, I typically wear a 4 or 6 in other premium brands and I’m 5’4” and 139 pounds.
