It met my expectations, which were high. The magnetic fastener is great! If there is a little better tool to add for making size adjustments, I think such would be appreciated by customers. I struggled a bit with the one that was provided.

Customer service is top notch. There was a defect in the first band delivered, but after notifying customer service, they quickly got in touch with me. After verifying the problem, they quickly sent us a replacement band which is really great. We are very happy with the look & feel of this band. It matches perfectly his new Ultra 2 Titanium Apple Watch. We are very happy with this purchase.

Although I rated it 5 stars, I did that because of their commitment to customer service. My band seemed a Little off center so I sent them a photo and explanation and they sent out a new band right away. I love the quality and will be using these bands for quite some time.

Although it took almost 2 weeks to get, I do really like the Titanium Band T01. It's the band I wear the most. It really makes the Ultra a more classy watch.

A few thinks to note here 1. My first band would not lock into my watch… they would not refund my money… only send me a new one (which I did and the new one worked)or give me half the money back on their defective product (which is illegal). 2. This product shipped from mainland China… so don’t think it’s coming from Finland. 3. Despite the issues…this band is very nice. I wanted to hate it because of the issues I had.. but I can’t. Out of the 5+ metal bands I own, this is by far the best one...

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the first band when it wouldn’t latch. Understandably, I was asked to send in a video showing this issue, and they handled it quickly and efficiently. I received a replacement band in no time, and it was perfect, as I had expected from all of their ads. The metal band is beautiful and matches my Apple Watch Ultra 2 perfectly! I also purchased the leather band, and it looks and feels amazing as well! Both are super high quality and I will be recommend...

My new Apple watch band fits and looks great. It fits my Ultra 2 Apple watch perfectly. It was easy to install and was large enough that I did not need to put any extra links in. I trust you will accept the two extra links I purchased just in case I needed them. This band is high quality and looks sharp on my arm. Thank you.

Perfect fit! Mostly hard plastic with rubberized sides to flex over buttons. Looks great and will help prevent case scratches. Screen is uncovered. But sides around screen are raised to help add protection.

Unfortunately I wound up not needing, the extension kit I tried to return it and was satisfied the ROBUST gave me a small refund. I have gotten many compliments about the band. I liked it so much I ordered a SURVIVAL BAND from your company, unfortunately I’m having a big problem WAITING almost a month for it!

Love my new watch band! Easy to take on and off, and taking out links was super easy to make for a perfect fit. Love the matte steel look. The latch on the buckle has started to accumulate scratches, but band still looks fabulous. Worth every penny!

I really like my Titanium Series 9 watch. Now by adding the Titanium watch band from Robust, it accentuates the watch and gives it a great expensive and elegant look. The band is easy to add to the watch, easy to adjust to the size needed and is extra easy to put on and take off my arm each day.

The brown leather strap looks and feels amazing and makes my AWU2 so much better! Can’t wait to try the black leather strap that I also purchased. Only time will tell how well they hold up, but so far I am a happy camper. Did I mention that I am typically very hard to please?

I actually bought a different brand and didn’t like the feel and also felt heavy. I am so happy with this band, it fits well around the wrist and also on the actual watch and it looks good. Also it feels lite but it also feels steady

The main issue with watch bands of this style is if they stay locked on your wrist with lots of activities. This not only stays locked, it also does not pull the hair out of my arm. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

After the strap broke and I lost my ULTRA2 on the bottom of a lake, I commented on their page and they immediately reached out with concern. They offered a replacement new band for free and apologized for the loss of my watch. Not sure how the strap popped off. But they seem secure enough to jump in a lake with it. Hoping this was a singular event. Over all great customer service!

Very comfortable, soft, thin, durable. Easy on and off with the strong magnetic clasp. A decent bargain. I do wish the clasp was not black but rather silver or stainless to match the titanium case on my Ultra.

This is technically my second band for this watch from Robust. The first one had a couple of pins snap. I reached out to Robust who quickly replaced not just the pins but, sent me a completely brand new band for my troubles. I really enjoy this band and wear it everyday.
