I was a little apprehensive about hanging it in this old rental condo but there are zero signs of damage, no creaking or anything from the door frame. It was so easy to put up. Haven’t used the rings yet but I’m excited to get stronger now that I have the equipment I need for what I want to do.

This pull-up device is well worth the money. I've been using it for the past few weeks and it's way better than any other doorway pull-up bars I used before. Plus it's ultra portable. If they ever find a reason to make another one that opens maybe 3 inches wider I'm definitely getting it! I have one doorway that is wider than the rest because it has sliding doors within it.

Great piece, very easy to use and works as advertised. Wish that standard door frames were wider so I could get the handle spacing to shoulder width. As it stands, I have to use a more narrow grip than I'd like. But that is an issue with door frames, not the product. A wide door frame would accommodate any grip I choose.

The hooks are very sturdy and tolerate a lot of force. I haven't noticed any damage to the wall or door frame. Because the grips are dangling free instead of attached to a rod, it requires a lot more muscle activation in the forearms, so you get a good forearm workout as well compared to a standard pullup bar. I also like how transportable the product is compared to a pullup bar. Great purchase for a home gym setup.

Great quality and design. The clamps really do hook on very well. I have not had a single incident where they have come off when supporting my 100kg self, even when using at a 45 degree angle. There is no visible damage to the frame or wall. Although it has a hefty price tag, you do get what you pay for.

They are actually super easy to use. They haven't marked my walls yet and can be packed/hidden away unlike some of the other pull up bars. If you are very tall you may struggle to get full range as I have to bend my knees to straighten my arms and nearly touch the floor. However these are awesome. A lot pricier than others but the utility they provide is worth every penny. You could pop them in a rucksack and bring them wherever you go if needed. Highly recommend!

Tried other doorway pull-up solutions. The duonamics fit my situation the best-checked every box for me. I have wide doorframes in my house and most pullup bars/ handles cannot fit. Tried the jayflex which did fit. I found them a bit clunky and not as easy to install or readjust. (The jayflex also has pinch points which are annoying) The duonamics are solid but lightweight, they deliver on the right balance of portable yet sturdy. Would buy again and recommend to my friends and family

I do wish it was quicker to swap the pull up bar handle with the gym rings. Unscrewing the carabineer takes longer than I'd like.
