Over this last 2 years I have purchased name charms and charms showing all my grandchildren's names the last 2 I ordered when they arrived they didn't match the font that the other names were in, contacting Ducett and receiving a prompt reply were extremely helpful, apologetic and sent 2 new name charms in the original font as previous names without any further charge. You can't fault the customer service it's was outstanding. Will definitely be ordering more

I purchased these rings to wear to work instead of my real wedding set. They are so beautiful I received so many compliments. I love how they spin but better yet the SPARKLE. They look like a million bucks. Working in a hospital and washing my hands and wearing gloves all the time they still shine and sparkle. The size is true to the size chart online.

I was nervous to buy from a company I didn’t know much about. After reading so many positive reviews, I went for it! The bracelet I ordered with my grandchildren’s names on it is absolutely perfect. The shipping was quick and the communication letting me know my bracelet was on the way was outstanding. I have already placed another order for additional charms. I will be ordering another bracelet for my daughter for Mother’s Day! Outstanding company and service! Highly recommend!

Really love this bracelet and the little name plates. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping time it took to receive it. I ordered it January 16,2025 and didn't receive it until February 14,2025 but otherwise I love the bracelet. Good quality.

Beautiful little bracelets 5🌟
Apart from the delay which was no one’s fault as it was Black Friday + Christmas orders that caused the delay. Disappointed it was here a week after been required but as they were gifts the recipients were delighted with them. Definitely would purchase again. Love that you can personalise them as much as you want.
Hope postage will be better out of busy times for my next order

Ducett went above and beyond to sort out an initial misunderstanding with my requirements for the coin necklace. I am extremely pleased with the style of the writing and positioning of the name. Please make sure your requirements are fully explained and understood, I accept that some of the initial misunderstanding may have been that I did not make my requirements clear. However I am now in possession of a very pretty necklace and would have no hesitation buying further items from Ducett.
