I brought this a little skeptical if I'm honest, but I'd spent years not sleeping well at all and felt like I was out of line somehow. I've tried all sorts of remedy and stuff but nothing worked aswell as I wanted so I gave it a go. It took maybe a week or so to find which frequency worked best for me but I'm now sleeping a lot deeper and a lot longer and feel more refreshed in a morning. I love a anything that heals with sound and vibration. I use tuning forks and crystal singing bowls for such reasons. I do love this wonderful little tool, I use it nightly before I sleep. I use it everyday. At night I have it next to my bed. It has allowed me to sleep through the night and I only get up one time as opposed to 4 or more times previously (set at 528 Hz or 285 Hz). I also use it during my work day (set at 40 Hz) for concentration and focus. I don't use the headphones and go with the radiant energy. I put the device in a Crown Royal bag at night so the light doesn't luminate the room. LOL
