Love the look of the helmet, it fits great. Colour is beautiful. My only criticism is the strap. It is very long and when you tighten it you have a LOT of excess strap to fold up under the Velcro. But otherwise it’s a great helmet and my son loves wearing it even when he isn’t on his bike!

Looks great, easy to put together, and great way for kids to gain confidence with their balance before transitioning to pedalling.

Great sizing & colour options for younger toddlers

Banwood Australia has TERRIBLE service! I placed an order on 26th April thinking with your "fast free" delivery my order would arrive before 1st of June (my child's birthday), This product did not arrive in time and STILL has not arrived. I would not recommend Banwood to ANYONE! I tried to contact you by email/instagram/phone and had no response

This product has not arrived. Banwood customer service is absolutely terrible! I needed this order to arrive by 1st of June for my child’s birthday and I have not received it. I will never order another product from your business. I tried email contact, Facebook, Instagram and had no response. I have shared this awful experience with my connections.

Excellent service! Everything arrived in time for Christmas.

The service and communication went from 110% to zero unfortunately the great experience I had originally was tarnished by the lack of communication and response in regards to my missing item. Mistakes happen and things get missed but to be completely ignored with no answers or resolution was very disappointing and unprofessional.
