Overall, I had a good experience. Unfortunately, when I first received my parcel, the item was broken when I opened it. I contacted customer service and, after my complaint, they kindly sent me a replacement. It did take some time to receive the new one, but I appreciate that they resolved the issue and provided a replacement. Overall, I’m happy with their customer service and the way they handled the situation.

It was my second time using oud (Used cologne of Ombre Nomad) Oud Serene was better for me as it felt like normal perfume and not like oud (from perspective of strong fragrance) However, Oud Nirvana was too strong for me so honestly, it may good for others for not for me. Very nice FRAGRANCE testers. Absolute compliment puller for sure loved them from the bottom of heart. But I've got just a small issue which is the lasting and longevity isnt according to my expectations, however the projection is good. THESE TESTERS ARE NOT FOR SUMMERS...!!!

It was a good experience but hope for the best. The issue I observed was it's lasting and oil concentration a bit low... Although gives 70% near to creed but hope that with a bit more effort will reach 90% to creed... Over all satisfied for office use... One thing that you should send small samples of ur best ones so people come to know Abt their fragrance and nodes. Thankx and it was my opinion.

Alright, This is not Exact 1 on 1 dube to Creed aventus , Rather a smoother and less projecting version of it. Scent is outstanding , However on my skin and clothes lasts only about 2-3 hours. I have tried other dupes which lasts wayy longer and better projecting , Hence need to work on lasting. Gave it 4 stars just because of the lasting. Rest good job on everything else from , Presentation, Bottle , Price , Delivery , Customer service

I can't say much about the fragrance and it's lasting, because I ordered it to gift someone. I am happy with your prompt response and dispatching the order quickly, but the worst thing is your courier partner. They kept the package with them for more than 3 days after arriving in my city. So if you are doing good but you courier service is not professional, I think it effect your reputation.
