Great quality legit Nikes. Fast delivery and fantastic site to order from, amazing deals right before xmas. Will definitely be making future orders from the Basement 😁

Comfy shoes, great colour. I sized up a half size as I have a wide foot and the fit is perfect.

Not the 1st pair of shoes I've bought and won't be the last here either. Great service, quick delivery... every time!

The shoes are great, nice to find an online sale that had plenty of size options available, including half sizes. Fast delivery too. Will order again.

I emailed a couple of times as the order was taking a while to ship but no one replied to me .. I did feel like I’d maybe been scammed but eventually they arrived .. just would have been nice to get a reply.

100% GENUINE AUTHENTIC LABUBU - Postage took a really long time, but did arrive and in fab condition, packed well & really stoked with the purchase. Thanks Basement Team.

Awsome product partner was very happy although she opened the same one she already has it’s still cool thanks heaps

My daughter loves her new kicks, Coconut Milk Jordan's, very cool. The booking process was quick, as too was the delivery. Will definitely purchase from here again - thanks team.

Super happy with my first purchase from you. Fast delivery and I love the colour. Looking forward to wearing them.

Loved them they arrived fast as but unfortunately to hey we're to big so my son had ended up with these ones so going to order some for me again soon. Thank you

Love the shoe! Light and Comfortable. Cost effective pricing and Shipping was quick and easy! Recommending Basement to all my Sneakerhead friends now.

Quick service. Shoes were as expected, I needed them for work but so have a feel for that 90's look and these gave me that! Amazing!

The shoe it's self is great , nice colour , super comfy & awesome as a trainer Only down side would be the size I chose ( i usually wear a 8 womens) however should have gone a 8.5 in this style shoe Absolute bargain :)

first time purchase from your website so not really sure if it is a scam site or not. Specially we didn't receive the product for a while nor receive any communication . We have to email you to find out what happen with the delivery. Only then we received email letting us know that you are waiting for the product. After that we received the product soon after. The Labubu is a birthday present so we haven't open it yet.

I made an inquiry and got a very fast kind response and with both orders I received a lovely note. Nice company to shop with 😃

Very quick sale ! Love the vans traditional pair of slip ons and looks so good . The tone of the taupe is calming and shoes fit well

Ordering from The Basement has been a breeze. Shoes came packaged well and delivery was super fast. Very happy kids who got their new kicks!

Fantastic buy, they are comfy and going to work great for the gym. They are on the tighter side in the width.

Shoes are dope and super comfy just maybe worth having a colour selection tick box as i got pink shoes that arent exactly my colour but they're still dope as

Absolutely love them tge blue is so vibrant and for being rural they didn't take long to show up also love the key chains i got.

Good experience was good to get a reply regarding an email and the reply was good and prompt. Appreciate it. And I have a very happy girl.

Nice light rain jacket I bought for my nephew. He wears it over his rugby uniform for Saturday rugby games. Great buy!

It’s a gift for my granddaughter in September so I can’t do alot until she opens it! I’m struggling to not open it 😝

Thank you got my package was such a smooth transaction. These guys are the definiton of the online shopping experience! Would highly reccomend to all!

The shoes are great, they are a bit tight along the outside (something I've never experienced before) but as long as I don't do up the shoelaces too tightly, then they are fine.
