This is great. It is a great jaw workout for my whole family. And it’s not so sweet and not filled with bad ingredients (at least I think!).

Do not expect any taste. In fact I run them through water to take out the mint. I'm not here for taste but to work the jaw. Although one unexpected thing for me is the after taste from 2-10 min, it makes me want to throw up it tastes like an awkward rubber.As far as performance it is good, good bite and chewing and all. I won't be buying it again but overall it is a good product if you don't have the bad aftertaste I got.

The gum is great and leaves my jaw sore but I chew it through my gym session even though the package recommended 15 minutes of chewing. The flavor on the other hand is not so great, the mint taste is not bad at all but what is bad is that it last literally 5 seconds. But overall it’s a good product to strengthen your jaw.

When I started chewing this I was 5'4" weighing 125 lbs, now after a whole month of chewing this I'm now 6'9" and weight almost 225 lbs and have a Chad jawline, nice product

Gum hard as a rock. I mix them with others and it works wonderfully, so they do exactly what I want, which is to tone my jaw and it is doing just that. I have not found others as good. The flavor does not last long

So far so good! Very portable, keeps on your pocket very easily. I have adhd and also use it as a concentration / focus aid so using it a lot and can say it's definitely very useful for that. Need more time to see if it makes me more chiseled etc but feels very promising.

The 3.0 version is a pretty excellent product with outstanding quality.
