Absorption is hit and miss , some days I get full absorption of product and urine is a faint blue and feel heighten awareness. other times no change in urine color and I feel no difference. I suspect the product is going down my throat instead of going into my bloodstream via buckle absorption through the capillaries in my gums. I also increased the dosage to a half cube.
