I took 4mg for the first time and let it dissolved in the upper right side of my cheek. Within 10 minutes, I can feel the cognitive effects, including blue tongue. LOL. The other times I took the same dose but swallowed it with water. It took longer to feel the effects, but I felt that it lasted longer and no blue tongue.

Tro Blue takes away the blues helping me feel and function well in body and mind, especially when my engagement needs to be focused and calm. A whole troche In the mouth doesn't work for me--too harsh--and I don't get the full benefit. Less is more for me so I dissolve a lesser portion in water and drink or with a squeeze of lemon juice.
