The sign itself is beautiful but we spent hundreds of dollars in Taskrabbit (handyman) fees trying to put it together. Every single letter comes individually wrapped and they somehow think that the average person can not only easily put this together but also be an electrician. We got a backlit sign and everything has several wires that must be be expertly wired in order to light up. Do not recommend whatsoever.

The metal falls off the plastic with minimal handling. Some of the letters weren’t attached in the box . Had to go buy superglue and hope that it holds. The tape they give you to hang is not close to being strong enough and had to hang it with screws . Total disaster
