I like the idea, but doesn't lay on my shoulders & neck when I wrap around to the front to fasten. It kinda stands up & I keep accidentally bumping the control switch in the front (& that might be because of how it lays). Thank you.

Reducing soreness and inflammation

The sizing is terrible, I ordered a large based on your size chart and they are way too big and the sensors do not touch my body and when they do, it hurts like hell. Poor directions for startup and very hard to use the remote attached to the shorts.

I bought two, one for each knee and it helps my OA pain tremendously!

We ordered and only waited a very few days and it was delivered.. Fadt and efficient.

The units does not fit snuggly enough to get the full effects of the heating. Regardless of how tight I pull it, it buckles on the shoulder leaving a gap in the heating surface and my shoulder. The controls are placed such that they are not in a user friendly location. Once the unit is properly attached to the shoulder, It is almost impossible to see the settings unless you twist the controller around so that it is visible.

Our package arrived in good order and on time.

I cannot wait to see the next results soon with my own exercises.
