This heat pad is great for muscle soreness and to rejuvenate my cells to address my skin imperfections. I tend to use it on days I feel sore or aches in my body. The only downside is the fact that it has to stay plugged in while using it, however I do understand the concept of relaxing in place while using the device so its not a deal breaker for me.
