How can you improve? Send the right stuff people pay for. I payed for a bottle of NanoRevive and received a bottle of random shit made in China named Docteat, not FDA approved and not intented to cure anything… So, 57$ direct in the trash can, cause useless to say l’ll never try to ingest that stuff. Never again, and l didn’t even try to return it cause you made it so complicated that l decided to avoid the hassle.

I received the package fairly quick. The box got a little damaged in shipping, but the contents were protected well and received it in perfect condition. It looks great, feels good in your hand, and has a ton of games. I've played a few to try it out and it works great so far. The seller shipped it out the same day. Its the real thing. No complaints, just as described. I expected to add new sd cards and flash a new os, but the stock card seems good for now and definitely plays well. The short cut keys (for state saves and exiting the game) take a bit to get use to but thats parr of the system. I do wish it had a basic guide to the hot keys, but easy enough to find online. Highly recommend

This was actually a great little device. Came with a good selection of games already. I did make a backup copy of the sd card as it looks like that would be a good idea as the sd card isn’t a name brand. No big deal but worth doing anyway. I actually bought a second for my kid
