The TRS Slider exceeded my expectations. I’ve been trying for years (using multiple training aids) to feel my right elbow externally rotate in the backswing so I would be at a better position at the top of my swing. For someone old school like me who swings it on the inside and then flips the wrists this is nothing short of exceptional. For a person who can over load with technical swing thoughts this device instead moulds you into the correct positions so you understand from a feel side of things when you take it off. I used to suffer from taking the club back on the inside and then coming over the top and slicing the ball. My Pro Teacher recommended this and it has helped no end. For the price too it's very much worth it, especially if you slice the ball like i was doing.

TRS Slider seems to be a really good practice aid. It's a bit similar to a device from the early 1980's that Jimmy Ballard used in his teaching to help create connection. But his was strapped to the left arm of a right hand golfer. I feel that the TRS slider has me a bit closer to the ball at address and the sliding function makes it a much better aid. I think I'm going to play nice holes with it on and see how it goes. Nice product!

Great training aid. It really helps develop the feel for efficient trail arm movement in the golf swing. For me, it works for tee shots, approach shots and finesse shots (other than putting of course). It is simple to use and it’s small form means I can easily keep it in the golf bag, including for pre-round practice. It even works upside down to help train the lead arm. Hope they can release a smaller version for kids in the future. Mine would like this I think.

After using the TRS Slider for a couple of weeks, it’s helping me with a more pivot based swing, stopping my arms working away from my body and throwing my arms at the ball.
