I purchased the Lemon Garden tea pot set with two cups and used it for my birthday high tea, I loved the quality and how beautiful it looked. I also ordered the Pearl tea pot set, as I’m a tea lover and would really love to buy more items. However, my previous order arrived damaged, and I haven’t received a response after three days. This makes me a bit hesitant to order again. I truly love your products and hope customer service response and packaging for fragile items can be improved.

I love that the pillowcases have the butterflies facing two ways, it means I can have them side by side and not feel annoyed that one is upside down! Recently purchased the Classic Elegance plate set and I’m absolutely in love! Such gorgeous dinnerware , truly one of the most beautiful sets I’ve ever owned. The quality and design are just stunning. On top of that, the customer service was very helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The only small area for improvement would be the packaging, which could be a bit more secure.
