I like this one if not a little more than the Nukini Jaguar! It's not as "peppery" as the Nukini Jaguar but it still packs a punch. I love this one because you really do feel like you are connected to Nature and I usually take this blend after the Nukini Jaguar to kind of open me up better and they work well together in succession. I would definitely buy these two blends again!!!!

By far, so much easier to purchase instead of trying to mix your own (try to find rue for the Bitter Bath easily!). Leaving this on the skin after makes one's skin feel softer and as an added benefit you smell great! I feel much more attuned to Mother Earth when using either the Sweet Bath or Bitter Bath. I feel it has made my experience with hape even better.

This is the first hape I've used which contains no nicotiana rustica. As such, it is definitely milder as far as the "burn" (which honestly doesn't even bother me at this point). But still quite potent. Relaxing and grounding with a pleasant, mild, leafy taste.

Love this set! This is the first time I have tried Hapé, but the introduction videos on the website are perfect to prepare you! I found that not only did the 2 Hapés in this set help a lot to get me into a deeper meditative space but they aided in my sleep as well as releasing depression and anxiety symptoms I have had for decades! Very good, it makes you feel more motivated and that I have the mental stamina to overcome challenges. Gives you a warrior mindset. But it's more for daytime, I took in the evening and I couldn't get to sleep untill early in the morning.

This was my first experience with hapé and it was a beautiful one. Using this hapé as part of a morning breathwork and meditation practice has been a revelation, resulting in deep healing from some very old trauma that keeps resurfacing in my life. As someone previously susceptible to nicotine addiction, I have not found this to be an issue with hapé. If you listen to the ally and your body as they work together, it becomes very clear when it is needed and when it isn't.

I don’t understand why it is recommended to use a larger does than others though…I followed instructions and used more than my Parika and Rose blend…and it was one of the most intense, violent experiences of my life.
