For $10 (now $3) this is a good value. A couple of slight criticisms: First, it wasn't clear to me whether the clear "washers" are meant to insulate the Arduino from the screws or as stand-offs between the Arduino and the acrylic base. I assume they are meant to go between the screws and the Arduino. However, even then, I think some stand-off spacers are still needed because (second issue) even the slightest turn too much on a screw can crack the acrylic base against the barrel jack's pins. Is it me or are the kits getting worse regarding documentation on where to start?
I just gave my Daughter the unopened AK: Neon Realm, I received this week, to try.
Her first question was "What do i do with this? " Which is totally valid as there is nothing on or in the box pointing to where the lessons are..
If this was in a shop I would return it as it has no instructions, Its just a pretty cardboard box with electronic components.
PLEASE put some sort of welcome note in the box with the UR...

Easy to break things due to badly aligned cuts and variable tolerances and nuts pulling on this parts, and fundamentally the wrong choice of material for the build and size.
The lack of printed instructions is awful, without even a link to a build video so had to follow third-party instructions. I'm only giving it 2 rather than 1 star as with some glue and that external assistance my son will enjoy the result.
Find a better quality kit and spare the hassle of this one.
