When I do this before bedtime I sleep all night and don’t wake up and in a deeper sleep. I use to only sleep 3 hours a night for 30 years. Also no matter what time I went to bed I only slept 3 hours and would get up in the middle of the night and snack. Now I sleep 6-8 if I do the Dusk if I don’t I wake up about 3am and want to snack. I have used the Peach Mango for a while now and love it. I was, however, upset when I went to my local Nutrishop and was told that flavor had been discontinued. I also learned it was being packaged differently and that the composition had changed. Upon comparing the old with the new I saw that the new has more sodium, cholesterol, and fat. ☹️ I have always been happy with Nutrishop products until now.
