The ring is very beautiful i bought it to gift it to my friend, but im not very satisfied with the ring box, its doesnt easily slides out even the ring cushion wasnt neat i would suggest to either change the design of the ring box or improve packaging other than that its really nice.

Ordering process was easy, delivery time was a bit longer 2 weeks cz it's hand made as per they claim so okay, packaging is beautiful but it's general packaging for all jewlery items so a necklace box in 10 x 10 inches carton doesn't look nice (I suggest make a separate packaging for the respective jewelry items. I love my ring. Customer service was excellent. I initially placed a very large order and then I couldn't follow through on it. They were incredibly understanding and refunded me 70 percent of my payment and gave me store credit on the rest. They went over and beyond to accommodate me. After that, I mistakenly ordered a 19 mm ring instead of 16 mm and I realized that way later. Still, they changed my order. They've only been kind. I highly recommend!
