Not great clasp design and terrible customer service: I ordered this for my dog and it came off within a month and was lost. I thought this was my error so bought a second one (meaning I had spent £140) for the same thing to happen a month or so later. It’s really bad as I adjusted The collar so I could barely get 1 finger inside both times and made sure all fur was clear of the clasp, and that it was securely fastened.
I notified their customer service who said this ‘wasn’t covered in the warra...

Bought one for our mastiff mix who would bark constantly out in the garden. Worked a treat to begin with but now it doesn’t make one bit of difference with him. He barks just constantly with it on like he’s not even wearing it.

To switch on & off the collar is very difficult due to cant see it also the setting button next to it exactly the same colour, black buttons.
There is no booster for the shock etc.
On E-bay could buy better for £20 not £69 like on here.
Pros; I ordered on Friday late evening but arrived on Tuesday .
(On Amazon come with a clicker but didn't check on there the price coz I don't using them. )

Apart from this collar being completely ineffective the shock even on the lowest setting is so strong that I’m shocked it’s allowed to be sold.
