I really love these shoes. The quality of the product is just really an issue. This is my fourth pair of this exact shoe. You guys replace my first two pairs free of charge because they were damaged so quickly. The last pair I bought has a completely different fit compared to the first three (all pairs are the same size). This last pair really hurts my feet.

Not a good experience especially at Christmas time. I ordered and paid for 2 pouches that were going to be presents for two sisters aged 10 and 8. When we opened the package delivered by the courier to wrap the presents we found that there was only 1 pouch delivered. I immediately sent an email to you explaining the short delivery and this is the first response I get. Your system is rubbish as you don’t even know about the short delivery. If you did you would not have sent this mail

The Creme Brulee is particularly hard to find...I looked everywhere....Cape Town and JHB and finally found a pair online. Delivery per courier was a bit of a problem...took over 7 days. The shoes are really comfortable, and the size 6 is true to size. The neutral colour goes with everything in my closet. today I'm wearing them with jade-green jeans and an off-white button-down shirt. Love the rubber sole... I want a bag next...!!
