Love the bag and the insert. The biggest down side is that is easy to scratch. I’ve only used the bag 5 times and it looks like it’s been going through the most. I really thought for the price it would be scratch resistant. The scratches are from every day office life so it doesn’t make sense.

I am a dissatisfied customer. Bought two pairs of Ladies Triple Strap Sandals (one black and one tan). The shoes' sole (on the top where the foot is placed) are not genuine leather and are flaking off like plastic (refer to the picture). I haven't even had them for three months yet - still new. In addition, the shoes are making squeaky noises as if it is getting an air bubble on the inside.
