ALP is very similar to the FRE brand pouches in the way they look and taste but I’d say ALP is definitely better, the FRE pouches tend to dissolve in my mouth and get the nic salt gunk all over my teeth but I don’t have that issue with ALP, and Alp gives you that little initial nic burn and you can feel it working lol FRE just don’t have it. I definitely recommend ALP pouches.
