The pouches themselves are great, your logistics processes are horrendous. 2-3 weeks lead time is not acceptable for an every day use product. I ordered a sleeve and loved them, turned around and preemptively purchased another 2 sleeves in hopes to have them in time the first order went ran out. That was 3 weeks ago. Still no answer from your support email either. Who knows when or if I’ll get my order. I love the product but the logistics process needs a lot of work.
