Found it! Finally, the 3 wood game is manageable; this E723 is good for me, heavy exhale! It works great. Now, the E723 has tighter dispersion, and I may give up a few yards, but I'll take straight and dependable over a crap shoot any day. I have been playing Tour Edge clubs for over 25 years. Bought this 5 Fairway for my 17 year old grandson who plays on his golf tean at school. He told me he had difficulty hitting F/W clubs off the grass. So, I got this for him and he said from the very first swing he felt no problem making good contact with the ball. I love the wingman, pearl wedge, but I had a real problem paying another $80.41 for shipping which left me with a bad taste. I understood I already paid shipping charges. The irons are accurate and very forgiving. After only 4 rounds, I was able to shoot even par for the first time. They sound great. Yes the top line is a little thick, but having the ball on the green in regulation and putting for birdie is far more important to me. These are not the longest clubs but that is the only knock you could have on these. I can work the ball enough to hit draws and fades on demand. Cant say enough about the forgiveness. I love these clubs. They are so easy to hit. The ball jumps off the face. If you have trouble getting fairway woods up in the air, grab one of these now and make the game easy for yourself. Ball flight is high, lands soft. These clubs are not as long as a typical fairway wood but what you gain in accuracy makes up for it. I am very happy with the new TE 400 Senior Set. For work networking I played golf fortnightly for 3 years in my 20s, then never picked up my original clubs again for 30 years. Starting playing again. Have played about 15 times. Going to play at minimum fortnightly again. The new clubs are brilliant. Especially the graphite irons.
