Also, the hack we've found with bigger groups and multiple pizzas is to buy multiple pizza screens and have everyone make their pizza and have them ready to go on those. The learning experience from Festa is superb. Steps need to happen in the prescribed order: Get the dough ball to room temperature, have oil, sauce, cheese and toppings ready to apply before the dough is stretched ( Disc Jockey, Steering Wheel and Umbrella).Both burners on before stretching. Absolutely LOVE this pizza oven! Got together with some other families and had a pizza night. It was so fun to have all ages (little kid, kid, parent, grandparents) be in the kitchen making their pizzas. The 3 minutes cook time (cooks it perfectly even) is perfect for big groups. Amazing product. Can't really stress how much of a difference this makes for homemade pizzas. I own both an Ooni and a Roccbox, both great little ovens, but they pale in comparison to this one. Both had two big issues for me: 1. because of the small space, even at minimum they would always be too hot, allowing me to do ONLY ONE STYLE of pizza in them. 2. Very happy with this pizza oven. My husband did a lot of research before he decided that this was the one. I ordered it for him as a Christmas gift and so far so good!
