I was having trouble waking in the night and not being able to get back to sleep because i would end up wide awake. Since starting sleepalpha this is now not a problem. Not been taking it a whole month yet but have already started having more frequent deep sleeps all night. On the nights I do wake, it is only lightly and I am able to get back off to sleep straight away.

They are really good i struggle to go to sleep and stay asleep but these help me to go to sleep I still struggle to stay asleep and wake up quite early but at least with these I manage to get at least 5 hours when without them I'm lucky if I get 2 hours you have to make sure you take them every day for them to work

I am definitely waking up less in the night, typically for a trip to the WC but I do get back to sleep afterwards. I am a light sleeper so anything to grab me that extra hour or two is welcome and Deep Sleep Alpha is helping for sure.
