Firstly there were issues with the delivery and the 'help' centre wasn't too fussed or cared. The device works well. I can see a difference in the puffiness and redness. Not so much with the double chin or wrinkles. Been using for two weeks.

It would be nice if the package came with any sort of directions at all. Example: best ways to use it and what the different colors are for, the order the colors are in, yellow/white look the same and cyan and blue look the same. . I had to take screenshots from something I found online and I don’t even know if it’s true or not. I haven’t noticed a difference yet on my Face or neck and have been using it twice daily for a little over a week.

I gave it 3 stars so far because it took a very long time to arrive. I cannot tell if I’m using the white light or yellow light even if I turn the lights off to try to differentiate between the two. I’ve used it every night for the past week and 1/2 snd have not seen a difference yet, but I know it may take time to see some results. I’d be happy to give another review in 3 months.
