I am however disappointed in the delivery time as it was marked on all notices I received as “priority 3-5 day delivery” however it took almost 3 weeks to get to me. I was going to send it back! The process of it arriving on time was terrible, but it was too late to cancel the order. Customer service was very nice and told me that as soon as it arrived, contact them, don't open it and send it right back. Once it came, I couldn't not open it. I was very curious. And I love it! I've done the manual gua sha for a long time and this was so much easier. I haven't been doing it long enough to show results, but I'm sure they will come.

Great product, affordable. I feel it needs a more detailed instruction manual, to explain the light settings and what they each target (more detail than current manual). Maybe an instructional video other than customer reviews/short videos. I feel that I had to go on a sheath to seek the information I wanted to know, so that I wasn’t sitting there aimlessly going through the light modes and not knowing what each setting delivers.
