I’d browsed these for a while and chose one I thought best fit my son in law for his birthday. It was easy to order and arrived promptly. However on opening I found a slight flaw in the material otherwise the colour I’d chosen looked lovely and so did the design. I was more than happy with the fabric, so soft. I took a photo of the flaw and e mailed the company to ask if they could replace asap. I received a quick response and after a couple more days my replacement arrived and no need to return...
