The way the items are carefully wrapped tells you they care about their products. This was our third mystery box and the best yet . My son was over the moon to receive Orca Agate but every single item including free gifts were amazing. I’ve done 3 orders now, i am addicted! I can tell a fake when i see one, and these are all genuine. Kiki is wonderful and is always available to chat personally, via email or instagram. She’s always getting new selections, and i absolutely love the randomization! She even saves your past orders to make sure you don’t get duplicates, or to see if you have preferences. 10/10

Absolutely love the crystals I received, I wrote a note in my order for cool toned crystals to match my room and she did not disappoint! The blue aragonite is my favorite, it's such a pretty blue color. I do wish the grape agate had bigger circular crystals and more of a purple color but still great nonetheless. I cannot say enough about these gorgeous crystals! Kiki and her team are amazing to work with and provide such a quality product. I will absolutely be ordering again! While I ordered 8 capsules, I am only including pictures of 4 because the other 4 are being sent to my mom and brother. I didn’t take them out of the packaging because Kiki’s team does such a phenomenal job wrapping them to make sure they are safe on their journey!

I think I’ve tried one of most things from Kiki’s gorgeous shop. This was what was picked for me from the 8 capsules I purchased. Wow! What a wonderful surprise each one was, and as I didn’t order a video, I really did have to use the clues to guess what the crystal was. It was a fun card crystal match. As usual, the crystals are of gorgeous quality, and I can’t get over how decent the prices are. Packaging is spot-on, so all pieces are protected like Fort Knox, and the gifts are wonderful too....

Overall I’m very pleased with this Crazy Lace Mexican Agate flame. I thought it would be larger for being an “XL” (I did not weigh), but it is the color makeup I specifically requested (mostly white) and the sparkly geode areas are definitely a bonus surprise. Ordered an imperfect rainbow moonstone and you would never know it was an “imperfect” there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong with it. I see no chips or cracks or flaws. I’m honestly stumped where the “imperfection” is. If this is a reject I can only imagine how absolutely stunning their actual stock is.
