They were extremely helpful when my first package never arrived. They asked if I wanted to wait for an investigation or a refund. I opted to wait. It took a bit but when it was concluded my package was lost, they sent me another immediately and kept me updated the whole way. Another fantastic order! I think this was my fourth. Everything is quite beautiful and I love the feel of the polished stones. I love my amethyst crystals and the feather fluorite point. I did receive a second yellow calcite crescent moon, but it will make a lovely gist for someone. Do jot hesitate to order if you are in the fence. Everything I have received brings me joy!
