The cherry limeade flavor of Instant Hydration is the best! It has helped me drink so much more water and feel so much better with more energy and less afternoon crash.

So great!! I love how it helps me immediately rehydrate even after a super vigorous spin class that makes me a bit lightheaded after. Can't wait to try the other flavors!

Tastes great. Not as salty as other brands. Do wish it mixed just a bit better, but I honestly don’t give it much time. It’s delicious and I slam it with my vitamins first thing.

Really enjoying my order….Love the glass bottle! Started with 3 diff flavors and so far the raspberry is my favorite. My family likes the mango pineapple and cherry limeade. This electrolyte blend is a positive addition to our routine.

It's a quality product and I really like the raspberry flavor but my sister didn't like the sodium taste. I like it because I know how important it is to have a great potassium sodium balance

I do enjoy Instant Hydration BUT I still have not received my order that I was charged for on 10/17 nor I have I received a response about my discouragement with this!

I am really enjoying instant hydration and love the raspberry flavor. I feel like it gives me an extra boost after a workout and keeps me balanced during the day.

When I first tried it I wasn’t sure, but after trying several tries I am really enjoying it. My favorite is Raspberry followed by Paloma, watermelon, cherry limeade How do I change flavors for the auto ship? Would like to keep raspberry and Paloma But switch the other 2 to Lemon lime and orange So glad to have found this product

Love the watermelon flavor! It’s a tad sweet a tad salty but in a good way, with a good flavor. I dilute one packet with about 20-30 oz of water. And best of all is it doesn’t have that diet after taste.

I love the flavors I selected this time and am drinking much more. I love the bottle too. I have the Paloma and I have the Cherry Limeade. Delicious. I have doubled my water intake in a week. Thanks.

I am loving Instant Hydration! The Cherry Limeade flavor tastes so good. Not too salty or sweet, just right! I make one drink mix every morning as my first beverage of the day. I am about 20 days in, and I have noticed a bit more energy, and that I'm not drinking as much coffee as I normally do. I will definitely be ordering more!

Love everything I am seeing when drinking instant hydration! From my skin to just the overall feeling of better. I struggled so bad with drinking water. Now I can start my morning with instant hydration and drinking water all day long.

Nice packaging! Water bottle was a huge bonus. I like all the flavors-but I will say they have a medicinal quality. I dont mind because I didnt expect french sea salt to truely taste like cotton candy but my husband wont help me drink them even though they would be good for him. I mainly got them to support hydration during my pregnancy anyway though so its all good-more for baby and me!

Love the flavor and the benefits Hydration provides. We are a baseball family so keeping hydrated is important before and after the games and practices and this has really helped us in preventing cramps or dehydration headaches.

My whole family loves this flavor and we each drink one packet a day. My 11 yr old daughter makes her one and has it on her daily to do list.

Watermelon is by far my favorite flavor. I've tried many and they are way too sweet to put the entire packet in, so i have to put half at a time, but watermelon, i can handle a full one.

Love the flavors! There isn't a strong salty flavor or after taste. I always feel the benefits right away. Living in Southern Arizona where it is easy to become dehydrated, I have found that by adding those to my water bottle every morning, helps me feel better throughout the day. During the 110° days I have used it more than once in a day. I no longer have days where I feel sick or feel like I need to guzzle water.

I love the Raspberry,, Paloma, Cotton Candy, Cherry Lime and Watermelon flavors. Wasn’t a fan of the Lemon Lime or the Mango but customer service is excellent and they will help you with any issues you have. I’ve been on a subscription for 6 months and I’m very happy with the product and company. 🍒🍋‍🟩

I have tried other brands and flavors and none of the hydration packs taste as good as the cotton candy. I’ve started drinking more water with the cotton candy hydration packs. I actually look forward to drinking now.

After my first order of one box, I changed to the quarterly subscription. There isn’t a flavor I haven’t liked yet. Even my kids drink it after sports or when they need a pick me up in their day.

I love it!!! Brought it with me on a weekend trip that involved several alcoholic beverages. I cannot believe the difference in made in how I felt all day and the day after. There was also a day or two where I felt like I was coming down with a virus so I decided to drink hydration and I never got sick! This has happened twice so I don’t feel it’s a coincidence. Helped my daughter as well!

I have only been taking Instant hydration for about a week or two and I feel it can be a small catalyst. I feel more hydrated and its driven me to go back into working out despite the busy life I have with 2 kids and needing to go into the office. I love this flavor along with Watermelon. Hopefully the ingredients continue to help with my energy levels and see the benefits as I drink it for longer

I really like this powder! Its so hard to find a good electrolyte without all the added crap. It tastes good, has a sliiiight hint of saltiness. Mixes really well too so you're not getting lumps. Im a return customer! And will possibly try more flavors in the future.

Functionally this has been the best electrolyte mix I’ve tried. I have POTS and ideally drink 2-3 packets a day depending on when I have games. My symptoms are significantly improved since switching to IH. The flavors have been mostly great - love love love the Paloma flavor!

It seems that the little packets dehydrated me so much more my skin got really dry. Maybe I had too much during the day. I'm not really sure but it made my fingers crack and my lips really dry.

Love the hydration it gives. Dont like the orange flavor that much and I wish my discount code of spooky was still good because it was given way before I was able to finish the sample box.

I love the raspberry packets, but I will say that I usually only put a half of a packet in my waterbottle because the flavor is very strong. In general, I feel a lot more energized when I drink these electrolytes, and I’m very grateful I bought them!

I love how hydrated I feel each day when using this product. I noticed immediately that the number of headaches from dehydration has nearly disappeared, which is so relieving. The cherry limeade tastes amazing. I’m trying the Rasberry next.

I love how this makes me feel. I've tried a few others that I've used after rock climbing and they've come close but not as good as this. I feel hydrated. My skin, my hair, I am less thirsty. Great product!

I have tried the Cotton Candy, Watermelon and Mango flavors. Cotton Candy is my favorite with the Watermelon coming in a very close second. This is helping me stay hydrated and I can usually spot a sugar free drink immediately but these do not have the typical sugar free aftertaste. Love it!!

I really needed something going into the hot, humid summer months that would actually help with fluid retention. Voila Instant Hydration!! I can actually tell that the electrolytes are absorbing into my cells instead of the water just going right through. Thanks guys! I’m on my third month of drinking Instant Hydration, and I swear it’s made such a difference in my skin! My complexion looks brighter, and my face feels more plump and hydrated. I’m definitely keeping this in my daily routine, very refreshing!

Its great and tasty . Two bottles equal the water amount for 64 ounces. So far my stawberry and i thought i would love the lemon lime . But rasberry the raspberry was better!!

I love all the flavors so far, the only thing I don’t like is it does not dissolve very easily and takes quite a bit of time before it finally dissolves completely.
